Meditation has almost become a fashion trend - the more information and demands we are exposed to, the more the need for balance in the form of inner contemplation arises.  


I teach Zen-style meditation, ie without tools, only in silence, to feel the contact with yourself and to find peace. It sounds simple, but it takes practice to ignore our ever-active minds. (The Chinese speak here of the monkeys to be tamed.) After the sessions there is ample time for questions to be answered.
